5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellations Before Processing
Clients may cancel a verification request and receive a full refund if the cancellation is submitted in writing before the verification process has commenced (i.e., before Nusafir has contacted the relevant institution or dispatched a representative).
5.2 Cancellations After Processing Has Begun
Once verification work has commenced, including any payment made to a third-party institution, university, or government body on behalf of the client, no refund will be issued for the portion of work already performed or disbursed.
5.3 Failed Verifications
If Nusafir is unable to complete a verification due to reasons within our control (e.g., failure to contact the relevant institution within the agreed SLA), the client will receive a full refund or an alternative arrangement agreed in writing. If the failure is due to factors outside our control (e.g., the institution is closed, the candidate's records do not exist, or the candidate has provided false information), fees for work already undertaken are non-refundable.
5.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the client's bank or card issuer.
5.5 Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
6. Data Handling & Candidate Consent
- By submitting a verification request, the Client warrants that it has obtained all necessary consents from the candidate(s) whose data is being submitted, in accordance with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
