Information covered
Case details may include contact information, submitted answers, uploaded documents, signatures, consent PDFs, correspondence, status history and delivery records. Contact inquiries and optional accounts have separate operational purposes.
Storage and deletion
Documents are stored outside the public web directory. Access is limited to authorized staff. Retention and deletion decisions should reflect the service contract, legitimate record keeping needs and applicable law. This website does not currently promise automatic deletion on a fixed day.
